Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without guarantee of refund.

Specific cancellation terms will be provided with each confirmed reservation.
Weather-related cancellations are handled in accordance with the applicable charter agreement and captain's professional judgment.
The captain has final authority regarding:
Passenger safety
Navigation
Weather decisions
Boarding
Alcohol consumption
Itinerary adjustments
Guests agree to follow all crew instructions.
Unsafe or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of the charter without refund where permitted by law.
Guests agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Respect the vessel and crew.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid bringing prohibited or illegal items aboard.
Be responsible for damage caused by negligence or intentional misconduct.
We may modify itineraries, departure times, or vessel assignments due to:
Weather
Mechanical issues
Safety concerns
Government restrictions
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Reasonable substitute arrangements may be offered when available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Yacht is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable booking, except where prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or mechanical failures affecting vessel availability.
All website content, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks, and branding, is the property of Top Tier Yacht or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Interfere with website functionality.
Submit fraudulent bookings.
Violate applicable laws.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
